i've seen a few floating around but they are not easy to find. we definitly need infographics
We wanted to handle such contest in A&S
Why not to vest [a part of] reward over a year to make a winner support his/her infographics?
It has to be continuous commitment, nobody will care about the project except its founders. If after the year you did not notice, sorry. Also it creates extra burden checking whether somebody doing things right. It is slow and efficient.
Do you have some metrics to tracks whether these ways work right or compare them with one another? The rough metric I can suggest is to measure (how many profit generating things have been built + developers attracted + market cap grown + community grown and many more) / resources spent including token distribution. After calculating it, it is wise to compare with whom you consider your peers to make conclusions. With such metrics, you will be able to measure the success of your enterprise
I like your metrics-based analytical approach. Personally, I didn't do such calculations, though.
