I don't know of any, but the TX costs on Matic are so low that you could just calculate the cost based on the minimum gas price of 30 gwei and have confidence your TX will mine within a minute or two.

After you calculate the cost to claim and you have a good idea of what you can claim each hour or day then you have enough info to calculate the optimal interval. If you are doing it manually, perhaps once a day would be enough?

So, why would anyone put AMPL into the pool, if the rebase alone per day makes about 3 times more? I'm baffled, as the pool hold over 3 mil AMPL.
