I froze my TRX for energy and now I have

enough energy in TronLink. Will there be a prompt telling me that the locking period is over and I can now withdraw all my TRX back?

Well once you unfreeze you'll have no energy again

I just wanted to trade TRX on a Dex. So, without energy my TRX get deducted as fees correct? Is there some way around this where I don't lose TRX when trading on Dex? Just placing or canceling an order cost a dollar.
