Anonymity doesn't necessarily mean privacy. Phala is a public blockchain that offers private computations 👍
No but you can’t have real privacy without anonymity. At least pseudonymity. This is why even Polkadot itself is looking into how to make it so validators don’t need to know each others IP addresses.
You have to have privacy opt-in features which is what Phala is aiming for. Computations on data sets for instance will be private 👍
