Does it matter ( from receiving a reward perspective )

how many nominators are nominating the validator i nominated? Whenever i check the subscan the “amount” staked with each nominator is relatively the same , however the number of nominators varies .
Does that have an effect on the rewards being distributed or is it just the amount staked ?

10 people nominating 100k is the same as 1 person nominating 1million. In general the algorithm tries to have the same amount of tokens backing all operators. The rewards are based on number of blocks authored by the operator and are then divided based % of tokens nominated to that operator. Number of nominators doesn't matter.

I see some nodes on polkadot are asking for 100% commission and it seams their algorithm nominates them the same amount of tokens too. Seams like a total scam

Only a fool would nominate a polkadot node that charges 100% commission. On polkadot nodes with 100% are typically the likes of exchanges or other large holders who know they will always have enough of their own tokens to get elected. Polymesh limits commission to a max of 10%.

I see , and the number of blocks authored by an operator depends on 1- the total stake of that operator 2- the time that operator is actually online and running that node ? The algorithm tries to equal the amount staked between operators , which almost makes 1 a non factor , leaving 2 as the main factor . Is that correct?

All else being equal it's somewhat random. Operator downtime will certainly have an impact. Things like the operators connection, latency and hardware can potentially have an impact but for what I've seen there's not much difference between operators.
