ONG rewards for December or January yet??? I understand January might be a few days away but shouldn't December's have been paid out?

if you refer to staking rewards, you need to go to staking environment and manually claim them, they will not automagically land in your wallet.

Ok even so the ONT I have in the different nodes should pay out automatically and not have to be manually claimed shouldn't it?

Rewards are available to claim every 8-14 days-ish. Are you thinking of the bonus ONG? Those payments ended awhile ago.
