😁
I mean what ENS are, and what it is good for.
it’s like an address which is connected to all your wallets but it needs to have more then 7 letters.eth also you choose a name and place it for a bid for 72 hours if no one snipes it in between that time the name is yours forever to keep
Ohh....I get it now Hopefully nobody spoils the bid when ever it starts 😂😂
Hm, it basicaly means you share to public your addresses? So pseudonymity is erased, right? 😁
I know people who had placed their nam on the bid and the name got sniped on the 71.5 hours lol
It’s interesting because it harbours competition and also more transactions on the network
You can think about ENS like DNS. DNS provided a name solution to reaching websites that were previously only reachable via IP addresses. This made navigation easier. ENS does the same for a wallet address, and you can link multiple wallets. It also acts as an identifier, so can offer "some" solution to ID. But, not in the same way as DID. We recently launched 2 excellent articles around ENS and DID
Yeah.... good for the community
Hm, looks interesting, even I do not see that big benefit, but it for sure can simplify ui for onboarding less techy ppl
Ease of transaction is really important I think. Having all your wallet addresses as DUM.ONT would be a huge benefit for user experience I think. Continually removing small hurdles is how we make things accessible.
