I get that eth is not relevant and vitalik himself said that eth will always be centralized so it can never be lime a real digital ressource like bitcoin and theoretically eth could be shut down from cia, right? But what about monero?

Can you explain that. I think we could lose ourselfes in the discussion when we talk about different meanings of decentralization. For example btc can not be changed in his inflation and in his total amount right? - Eth can. - Fiat-shitcoin always does So here we have a true decentralization. Where do you guys see that btc is not decentralized but monero is?
