Heeey someone can explain me OMI Token Migration Update ? I

ok i have read those articles. Can you please confirm? I have ecomi on metamask gochain now. I want to store them on my wallet, not using veve app for now. I guess its option3 (sending my gochain omi to erc20) right? Should i do anything about it or i can leave my OMI on gochain on metamask?

You have to do manual swap if it's on metamask. ok but option 1 is veve app (i dont use) option 2 is exchange.. i dont want to have my coins there option 3 is best for me i think
