Abracadabra.money is effectively pillaging Anchor's reserves that are used to pay the interest to AnchorUST (aUST) depositors. Abracadabra is using insane amounts of leverage and a loophole to do it via . It's abusive, harmful behavior, and they have no business being part of the ecosystem in my opinion and should be punished by the community accordingly. The end result is it threatens the UST peg, thus also threatens the LUNA price since they're connected via the mint/burn mechanism.

Good question... I'm not well versed in governance. Technically, they're using the chain like anyone else or any other project can, so I'm not sure on-chain governance could solve it
