So no chance of kyc being forced on hashpack users?
currently no - although given the things I want Im supporting kyc (as a choice)
Kyc is never good. It just gives an excuse to exclude retail investors using criteria
For larger amount you have to follow tracing law
It's like saying crypto is bad because some get scammed. It's not KYC that's bad. It's the people who use it to track your personal info that makes it uncool. At least in South Africa we have POPIA (protection of personal info act). I'm not aware of data privacy laws in other countries
