то есть, цену же не биржа контролирует? то есть бинанс не может же в любое время дать цену в топку, а потом вниз, тем самым сбривая всех и вся?

Может, если ликвидности хватит двинуть хорошо цену. В принципе биржи так часто бреют стопы например. Не одними комиссиями зарабатывает.
