Not necessarily. They are a business and thus have their own requirements. It could be political as you say, or it could just be ETN doesn't meet those requirements yet. They dont communicate so no one but Binance know. Im sure things will change in future. ETN certainly need to increase volume and become more decentralised to be more appealing. So we will see how the growth of AnyTask and changes to blockchain change things in 2022.

Usually Binance lists Coins when it's Users are Large in numbers. Electroneum community should be more active on social media Specially on Twitter and Binance page. They already listed more than 500 coins and they will add ETN tok because of it's number of users that grow more. No one knows when but I think we'll see ETN on Binance platform by the next few months.
