Any help with "mined too soon" error? just equipped

3 quark separators, staked cpu ram and net but keep getting it

Make sure the time & date on your device is correc...

already done it but keeps getting that error it's a relative's account, so we tried at their home and at my location non of those worked but within my location, my account works properly not sure if we should change any settings at my relative's account in order to make it work (?) i mean, we always have the option to transfer to my account the nfts as the account works properly, but I'd be more happy if my relative can use his own account at his place

i'm not using multiple accounts that's what I'm talking about my account at my computer works properly my relative tried at home, we found the tutorials about syncing date and tried at hiw location, didn't work brought his mobile and neither work so what I'm specifically asking is for help in order for my relative to use his account at his own home instead of "helping" him using my account with his nfts

Because if the problem notification appears "mined too soon" usually occurs if the device's date & time is not synced to the internet

tried with different networks and browsers within his same device any other advice? I'm already thinking about telling him to try setting up a new account and use the new one instead but not sure about it

nope, get the error no mather what network or device the account ir logged in wether is mobile network or home network, already synced the time at both devices
