I’m trying to make sense of how stLUNA works.. to

my understanding so far, it’s a staking and airdrop rewards auto-compounder of luna (staking rewards and airdrops converted to luna).. ofc it can be swapped back to luna on a dex, but the true value increase would be realized by unbonding.. does that result in stLUNA value increasing over time similar to aUST?

Yeah that sounds correct. You can learn more here as well: https://blog.lido.fi/stluna-the-next-generation-of-liquid-staking-on-terra. I’m not 100% sure how aUST works sorry so I can’t comment on the comparison.

perfect thank you.. this article answered my questions, i hadn’t seen it before the aUST comparison does sound accurate then, as the value of aUST increases according to the anchor earn apy on UST deposits.. so when it’s withdrawn, you walk with more UST than what was deposited
