I know that it takes 80,000 AAVEs to propose an

AIP and 320,000 AAVEs to reach the quorum

I just wonder why some AIPs that have obtained +320,000 votes (with at least 50% in favor of them) have not been retained

Could you please enlighten me? @HelpfulBrother
