... you know what you do when you 'assume' ... 🤓

So, gotta pay those gas fees... any guess how long b4 MTL in on main net ?

From a net value from devs standpoint, that would seem to be a priority IMHO ... above some of these other Xtokens, etc.

XMT is wrapped on chain ... but what about MTL moving around the fiat world on Metal Pay / Fiat integration, etc. ?

Team is working on integrating all Xtokens to Metal Pay. XMT was a priority.

Yeah, converting from ERC-20 to Proton Chain is not trivial. [ Not criticizing Proton Team, they are absolute rock stars! ⚡️ ] I guess I'm wondering: if the MTL migration to Proton is a few weeks out, I'll leave my MTL on exchange ... if it's 6 months, I'll pay the fees and move ... any advice from you MTL gurus ?

Sell your MTL in USDC, send them to your BNB or XLM bridge address.and then buy back XMT on protonswap. I think this is the way which you can pay less fee than send by ERC directly
