that “auto claim button on the pop up box?

2- after the missions complete how do we claim the nfts and where to they go? To metamask or to the wax wallet?

what are you talking about?

Whenever we click to claim the mining reqwards a pop up comes up but i accidentaly clicked on the little box to "automatically" claim the rewards whenever i click the claim button

First, it will always pop up whenever your mine is ready to claim so nothing to worry when you click the small check box. Second after missions you can click claim, your Missions NFT game card and TLM Rewards will be on your Metamask. You can check your NFT Game Card on Fangible. Hope it helps.
