Hi. So I wanted to withdraw some ERC-20 tokens today, as

i have seen that currently Ethereum fees are pretty low (around 1$).
So i wanted to withdraw a little UTK and LINK

But Binance charged ridiculously high fees (around 25$).
Why?? Ethereum currently has low fees so why charge 25$, when it doesn't actually cost Binance 25$ to do the withdrawal?
!??!?
