More or less right. There is first tutorial on offchain bank using authenticated data structures, improved interpreter with jit costing is done (morphic's work). More documentation and simplifications in the interpreter are needed. There are new devs working on the interpreter and the node. So things should be okay in worst case scenario, however, its probability is low
