You could, but there is no central "exchange" or "common marketplace" to siphon the information from. You have to make YOUR OWN research and get a feeling, a market mood to determine the right price, for a given time in a given circumstances and so on.

Yes, and you will never know a universal price (there is none). Only the price that a particular person, in a particular place, with particular needs in particular situation is willing to pay or get paid for a particular goods or services. This is a common market.

That is not common marketplace. Common marketplace is a big playground where there are millions of commodities for sale and every individual can look into the selling a buying price of every other commodities. This will not work in the case of a transaction involving a privacy coin. No buyer or seller will advertise the value, quantity and content of the purchase

Wrong 😊 Every individual can look... There is no such common marketplace where every individual can look. What about commodities not listed on the common marketplace? How do you deal with it? No buyer or seller (of privacy coins) will advertise... They only advertise on the global exchange? If there would not have been global exchange, common marketplace, they stop advertising? 🤪
