What do you mean? HEX on Pulsechain is the same code and same utility, just different platform.

Okay yes it’s the same but will the low fees mean ...

I think both will do just fine after the initial volatility. Most value is on Ethereum, so HEX on Ethereum will likely do more volume, but HEX on Pulsechain will be more affordable to transact with and since the two will be strongly liquidity coupled, it makes sense to use both.

HEX's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest. Bitcoin's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was lowest. Ethereum's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest.
