Unless web3 develops in such a way that the checks for verification for identity go into a sorta god protocol where the platform would only be able to verify over 18 etc without seeing anything else. The amount of apps i erroneously forgot I allowed to access pictures n shit was monstrous. If a hack were to occur yanno. Very excited for this space.

yeah i dunno, its alot like the CBDC argument, most of its bad, but you certainly have the opportunity to bank people who aren't included in the financial system now, or even something like genetically modified food feeding the hungry, theres lots of positives and negatives, and how you feel about it probably boils down to whether youre in need of it or not
