a transaction per second does not risk congesting the network? Etherium makes 17 transactions per second but despite that the network is congested, imagine that of 1 per second.

Yes as I've mentioned there has been some discussions on improving the network TPS. But as of the moment the team is currently looking into finishing the other aspects of the project. Same as the other parts of the project that needs to be improved on, this will also be addressed in its own time. Feel free to chime in with the discussions in the link that I've posted above.😄
