I just don't understand why people think their USDT/C is

going to come back. Sasha from waves is proposing to limit that borrow rate to 40% instead of current 80%. If it goes through then even less pressure for that whale to return funds?? Can someone explain

The plan is also to liquidate the large usdn holders and usdt borrowers. Or force them to repay theirbloans. So that people can withdraw their usdtusdc. Then the 40% is just to slow things down. Not forever. All temporary. They need to propose the market price of usdn though after so this Bs doesn't happen.
