@Whitedrake14 quick question.under the.new white paper the requirements for 1-1

staking link to tvl went away and we got Super linear staking (sls)

Now if I’m part of a don that secures the Eth-usd feed. The budget for that feed may be like 100b in the future for example and thus under SLS we only need $100m of link staked in each node to cover that budget for example (figures are probably wrong).

Now my question is, if I’m also providing the Btc-usd feed and need a similar $100m link staked for my node in that don.

Does my original Link from the Eth feed don count towards my BTC don? Or are they separated and need seperate link staked?

That would make sense as otherwise you could drain a node that is securing a high tvl feed by attacking its multiple low tvl dons

Yeah each stack backed contract requires its own LINK collateral locked up.

Separate nodes (DONs) will need separate LINK staked as collateral. I don’t think LINK staked for 1 DON/feed can be used for another DON/feed as “collateral”
