I would put this on the Stader TG group and ask them to clarify what they mean by "use of HBAR for network security on Hedera". I see what you mean. I wonder if they assume that locking up tokens in a smart contract can impact security of the network since those tokens can't be used for native staking? In any case, it would be good to understand if its relevant or a typo.

statement is wrong whatever they meant, their investment product has nothing to do with "use of HBAR for network security on Hedera" anyone who follows Hedera and how network is secured knows that. Hence appropriate phrasing should be used whatever they meant by that.

I replied to user question on that- and not complaining about anything. Hope they haven't not wrote like that in their application for grant what they aimed to do with their product as it is not correct statement

The blog should be overseen, redacted and agreed by Hbar Foundation if they do business with them, to assure most accurate statements and phrasing and that includes logos put on website under partners. The same as Hedera does when announcing new GC members when both agree what is written is correctly and redacted together.
