Is Ckb Nervos a layer 1 and layer 2 acting

as a psuedo layer 0 with their force bridges? I see a lot of comparisons to Cosmos or Polkadot but those are Layer 0...

As for layer 0, I leave you this message from JanXie, architect of Nervos: "CKB can definitely be used as a security anchor or "layer 0" of other blockchains. You may notice that Godwoken and Axon are both L2 frameworks that can be used to build application specific chains on Nervos. Besides the shared security provided by CKB, building on Godwoken/Axon can also enjoy the benefits of Nervos interoperability 2.0 and access to a larger user base. I think our BD team has approached teams with this idea but I don't know details. BTW. I don't like the term "layer 0". There were two definition of layer 0 in crypto: 1. a p2p network/protocol that can be used by many blockchain networks. 2. a shared security layer under all other blockchains. The first definition is a misconception because p2p network is not a layer parallel with layer 1/2; the second definition implies a single "layer 0" blockchain worldview which I disagree. There will be multiple layered networks each has its own layer 1 but no one can rule them all."

No, it doesn't work like that, Godwoken is an Optimistic Rollup, and therefore what would be a layer 1.5, is not a pseudo layer 0.
