Why do they say that Polygon is faster than BSC

when my Polygon transactions seem to be always pending forever, and BSC transactions seem to happen within 1 minute?

Like how much gwei do I need to spend to get my transaction processed in 10 seconds? The gas estimator says 80 gwei, and even when I set it to 120 gwei I'm still pending for over 5 minutes.
