funds were frozen and the reasoning read that I needed to provide proof of a source of income for level 3 verification.
Acting irrationally out of panic I sent the wrong documents.
I contacted someone on the electroneum forum and was told to create a support ticket with what had happened.
Through the support ticket a person named Anelise told me to contact her after 10 days if I hadn’t received anything through the resolution center.
After the 10 days, I had contacted her again to tell her I had received nothing in the resolution center.
I then received an email from an no-reply@electronem.com account saying the following:
“Hi
We have reviewed a source of funds document that you uploaded to my.electroneum.com which does not meet the requirements as set out on https://my.electroneum.com/user/update-details.
Reviewer's comment:
Unfortunately, the screenshots you have provided do not serve as evidence for the below transactions.
We need to see the full process for the below transactions, including bank statements for each transaction proving the funds going to the exchange, the fiat currency ($/£/€) being used to purchase the crypto, the exchange from any other crypto into ETN and finally we need proof of the transfer of ETN from the exchange to your Electroneum Wallet.
__ ETN on the ———
__ ETN on the _
__ ETN on the _
Please ensure to also include either a recent payslip OR a recent bank statement which should be dated within the last 3 months, should show your full name, be complete and not amended or redacted and should confirm your current source of income.
Please could you try and include as much information about the above transactions as possible so that we can get your wallet approved asap.
You may use documents such as images, screenshots or PDF documents showing all evidence of these transactions.
If you could help us with the above information for these transactions, we can get this completed for you. “
However when I opened the resolution center in the app it had only asked for a bank statement (which I sent and am now waiting again)
Why would I receive an email asking for a radically different amount of information than what was requested for in the resolution center?
