KNC staking work by KyberDAO? Can I do that by the old KNC? I haven't converted to KNCL.
One more thing please, will I get staking rewards without voting too? Or voting is necessary to earn something?
Average apy?

There's no lockup period, if that's what you mean. You are free to deposit and withdraw your KNC tokens anytime

You cannot stake on KyberDAO with KNCL, only new KNC. To be eligible for voting rewards, you need to stake and vote on KIPs. You can read our FAQ for more info.
