No but it would definitely be bad for Curve 3Pool and also for FRAX. We will absorb the shock. But it would be bad for the entire crypto space overall.

Yes and there is enough locked liquidity and demand for it to not have anything like LUNA happen. But USDT actually breaking the peg will be very unlikely. 3Pool depends a lot on that.
