Is there any chance that we are getting $13.5 mil

I did read it. Sorry for my bad English. It's not my first language. I might asked wrongly. My question is. Is there a way that Binance smart chain can cancel those transactions, and return this 13 millions? And if those guys who did this will send this money to any big exchange (e.g. Binance, coinbase). Is it possible that venus admins will ask those exchanges to freeze their asets? Or there is no way this will happen?
