with Cartesi technology in the near future?
Check out this article from The Blockchain OS ecosystem contributor, Blockcope: https://blockscope.medium.com/a-walk-through-into-cartesi-dapps-ecosystem-9305b0d42007
Oh ok, but by mentioning it that way you might give the impression that Texas hodlem ,for example, is still under development, which is not the case, correct? Can't we get some more insight on what is being developed currently with the contributors?
Hey Daniel, yes, sorry for the confusion. For more insights on what's being developed currently with contributors, check out our articles on Medium. This week we announced a grant given to research and application of Cartesi tech on tackling scope-3 carbon emission transparency and also 2 days ago, published a guest post from one of our contributors, Locus Software, on how they've cross compiled an OpenCV library for the Cartesi Machine. That last one is quite technical, but to give you an idea of why this is important: this enable DApps developers to explore, complex subjects such as fingerprint spoof detection in biometrics and to feed machine learning models - all in a fully decentralized environment 🙌
Thanks for your reply, I am usually trying to read the medium articles, although I don't always understand everything. But if I understand correctly, the contributors are mostly developing some specific technological features to test it on cartesi, instead of creating full dapps for general use? Or would that be the next step?
No worries, happy to help clarify! Yes, as we're working on getting The Blockchain OS to production level - to where a complex and diverse DApp ecosystem can flourish and grow - we expect to see more DApps developed once we launch on testnet and then mainnet :) But there are still many developments happening on The Blockchain OS to bring it to that level in the meantime.
Hey @DanielD9999 , thanks for asking these questions! To check our conversations about recent developments with the Cartesi Integrators, please refer to our channel on discord named Cartesi Rollups and our public GitHub (https://github.com/cartesi/) to check the multiple releases we made recently. You can also check the latest DApps being developed by the integrators in this repository (https://github.com/cartesi/rollups-examples) including Machine Learning DApps.
