Hedera staking once introduced will be to give voting power to secure network by users to chose fast honest nodes wisely. It should never be see as way of income or get rich scheme. Network is secured now as run by council members only. The staking model need to be deeply think about and I don't see any problem if it is delayed to find optimal solution. Network is secured now, and delay6 does not affect it, so you should not be worried at all.

I’m curious of that delay reason is. As for me, I’m not worried at all. I’m collecting daily. Plus, I’m secured on hard wallet (major benefit)! I’m at ease, and have patience. 😴 well at night.

Seems like the json rpc relay took precedence and they focused on getting that done first, so staking is behind schedule? Who knows.
