Not sure what you mean here. In the Cosmos ecosystem each application chain (or zone) is sovereign, meaning it has its own validators and is responsible for its own security. In Polkadot, parachains rely on the relay chain’s validators for security and if one parachain is rolled back all the other parachains are rolled back as well.
