done some projects and got payment in USDT. Which I then sold on wazirx. Technically it’s not profit from selling VDAs but rather using VDAs as a mean of transaction. Would it attract the same tax liability of 30% ?
@Satishkumar553
yes the pricr on the day u recieved the coin
and the price on the day and time u sell the coin thats procfit too
But am I not generating income using sale of VDA. Rather than using VDA as a medium for transfer.
How does than even make sense?🤔 bhai hindi mein hi bol le teri english smjh ni aa rhi….
still u need to give the CA the record becaus if ur service charge is 1000 and when u sold its 1100
There’s no documentation for that.
govr just need to kbow what money come frm wat means and how much u can just tell ur CA he will explain how to claim that its not that much complex
Cool. That means I shouldn’t be much worried right? Thenks bro!
not at all just write the details in diary so when ur CA ask u can tell him so u wont forget if there are many transactions
Count as a gift , yes , consult CA DYOR
tu jo bhe smj tu bilkul bklol lgta hai idhar -69%
Nk name changed 😂😂😂😂
Its not supposed to attract taxes but you need to declare.still lot of confusion due to changing policies so it's better to take help from CA.In my opinion the difference of price while receiving and selling in profit attracts tax liability. Need not to worry about taxes on full amount
