what gives you, ZG and ERG an edge to onboard these billion dollar industries? I.e. why would they not go with other players in the market (without naming them) ... connections? If so, can you elaborate?
Much of what we're going to be doing is going to be very much relationship-based. It's all about the ecosystem of relationships that we have and the ability to leverage those relationships to create these products and create these workflows. Basically there are no other players that are doing exactly this in the market right now. This is an aggregate of several solutions that by themselves were not very successful but how very important pieces to a larger solution which is what this is.
Thanks Dan, and yes, am well aware of the relationship-based dealings, not the least in the physical commodities section, in which I spent several years (mainly Asia, Africa, SA). If we would have had access to blockchain solutions back then (actually just 5-6 years ago) it would have been of great help - no doubts. Esp with regards to traceability and actual ownership - "who owns this stockpile of Iron Ore in Africa". Several sellers to the one and same stockpile = verifying ownership - full time job. And that's even when Glencore is involved lol. So, brings me back to the question, shall I assume you have great relations? I am not familiar with your dealings in commodities, hence me asking.
Feels good to see you on tg! 🤣
