Yes that's correct. You have it right now 🙂 I know it's bearish but it is how it works. At least this big sell is done onchain for us to analyze in a novel AMM like Fraxswap rather than just dumping it all in FTX/Binance orderbook which has mathematically the same effect on price but harder to understand.

You need to quantify your analysis. "But it's felt nowhere" doesn't make sense and is impossible to disprove or analyze. This purchase obviously removed $100k worth of FXS sells inside the TWAMM. If you want to be more specific, you should explain what you mean. There won't be any "positive price impact" unless the buys of FXS outweigh the current sells on the TWAMM obviously. That's clearly not an attack or bug, that's by design exactly as intended. So you have to be clear what you mean here.
