Hey @samkazemian, is Frax waiting on something specific before the

FBP goes to vote? It doesn't look like a CIP was put forth, which would seem to be how new governance is passed, at least according to the docs. Not sure why, but there's a lot of pointless CIP's written that are basically just pointless polls. https://signal.curve.fi/#/
