Hey, where can I buy LDO tokens on Polkadot ecosystem?

I can't find it in any Moonbeam DEX

Didn't get it, LIDO only sent tokens to curve right? I'm not being able to buy LDO on curve also, Moonbeam has a very good DEX called Stellaswap, don't know why you didn't incentivized a pool there also.

LDO tokens are sent as a liquidity reward to LPs who provide liquidity there, but the pool itself on Curve is stETH-ETH, for stETH to ETH swaps, there’s no pool for LDO swaps there. We aren’t incentivising any LDO pools.

Ok then, could you plis enlighten me what's necessary to have LDO and stDOT on others Moonbeam DEXs? Does it depend on DEX team, LIDO team or both?

It depends on the DEX, but generally DEXes allow anyone to create their own public pool and to provide liquidity.
