Many holders say BEFORE thay dont wanna give recap token voting power who belong to NSBT holders so why team wanna push it so hard and give more voting power to new token? Community give very big feedback few days a go and now same things... Strange...

It's not strange. It's just much easier to implement it that way. If you give recap token the same gnsbt when staked you can keep the SC complexity low.
