is that the issuing price is BR, and liquidation price is 1. Where the benefits come from? the idea is to give powers to recap stakers, not to empty the SC collateral for paying them.

I am talking about liquidation price. You pay BR USDN for getting one recap token. Then, when liquidated, you got 1 USDN.

Me too. You pay waves for recap when br<1. Then when br>1.2 you get liquidated for usdn. Since usdn are issued BR drops. When BR gets 1.1 liquidation stops until it gets back to 1.2 (liquidate the rest) or drops below 1 (recap process starts again)
