I think the talent that would get laid off may not be that talented.
When you're cutting 18% of the workforce, you're definitely not just cutting the dead weight... i'm sure lots of those folks are v talented. That said, I'm certain that our talented recruiting team is on top of it if relevant to our needs.
I was going to say the same. When a company that large lays off that many people, many very talented folks go with it, merely for being in a position in an organization tht needs to be disolved.
