You can use the polygon bridge

Hmm, I tried but unfortunately when I paste in the frax token address to the bridge interface on polygon a message comes up „The token you are trying to add is currently syncing up. Please try again later.“ No idea what it means tbh

You should be able to find it in the drop down menu without searching for it using the contract address

Ty, yeah I guess smth is borked with the polygon bridge. As it shows me the amount of frax as zero although the amount is correct when checking polygonscan or directly MetaMask.

Make sure you have the polyFRAX not the native FRAX so you can bridge
