Yeah, i want to withdraw my total capita, but i invested 3700$ in shiba before big dump of market, and before tax date i.e 1 april, so im already in loss i.e 5x loss right now i have only 750 usdt i.e 500% loss, so is tax also will applicable for that loss or not? Its very hard for me right now

Tds will cut but while filling itr just show that you made no income. Now crypto loss cannot be adjusted in any other income but you will get your tds back. No income no tax it's simple

Im Ca bro... If ur total income is less than 5lakhs and ur tds got deducted u will get tds refund after u filed itr

If u hav no other income and ur tds got deducted while selling ur crypto, then u can file ur itr and get that tds refund
