that explains / has a formula on how to proper understand the liquidation prices?

example

FTM / USDC pair

" liquidates when USDC price is higher than 7.3 FTM ( +81,47%)"

does that mean that USDC will go up in price by 81%?

or that FTM needs to go up by 81% to its current price

getting quite confused when i try to calcualte it :(
