Hi! Burning more trx does not mean fewer voter rewards. Everyday, roughly 5 million new trx are created. This number will not change unless the SRs decide to vote for a proposal to increase or decrease the block/candidate rewards. For now, it is 5 million trx every day. The trx burned are the trx that are currently in circulation. The tweet says that on July 15th, 5 million new trx are created but 6.5 million trx are burned for transaction fees, resulting in a net reduction of roughly 1.5 million trx in circulation. Even if 20 million trx are burned in a day, it still won't affect the amount of voter rewards you'll receive. The only thing that'll decrease your rewards is if more trx is frozen and voted.
