Anarchism. But, there are useful ideas in the communist critique, most notably, the notion of surplus value - the difference between the value of workers and what they are paid which is appropriated by the capitalist or managerial class. The incentive under such a system for the enterprise is to extract as much value as possible from workers and appropriate it for the enterprise. Amazon is one really good example of how that process can be furthered by abstracting as much labor out to be performed by machines, and at the same time to reduce the labor of human beings to labor that is like machines, which has properties like fungibility.
