I'M confused about not being able to stake if you

access your account through a hardware wallet. Surely once you have access to your account you can choose a node and then log out? Or does the hardware wallet not know how to sign a transaction to stake to a node?

🤔

I don’t know. May has said on a couple different places (Reddit for sure and maybe Twitter?) that ledger and Hedera need to work it out. It’s not something Hashpack can fix.

It sounds like its a ledger thing. There must be some API calls that need to happen when you assign to a node that Ledger does not yet support. The whole ledger live support is a joke since you can’t use a memo and transfer coins to most exchanges either. HBF gave funds to Ledger so they should have done this and the memo part.

Wasn't aware of that. Adding a memo is essential for some exchanges.

I know, I logged into Ledger live thinking this is an alternative to hashpack but its not ready for prime time. I will just use Hashpack since it works so well.
